We inform you that the named ABIMANA Rodina, son/daughter of – and Ntabomenyreye Claudine, domiciled at Rwagasiga village, Kabuye cell, Gashora sector, Bugesera district, in the Eastern Province applied for the authorization of the change of name from his current name ABIMANA Rodina to be called Abimana Marie in the National Population Registry.
